CBSE Board Exams 2026: Evaluation Process Gains Momentum for Class 12

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has directed all regional offices to expedite the evaluation of answer scripts for the ongoing board examinations. With the majority of science and commerce stream papers completed, the board is focusing on maintaining a strict protocol for marking to ensure fairness and accuracy. Over 30 lakh students appeared for the exams this year. Teachers involved in the evaluation process have been provided with detailed marking schemes to minimize errors. Results are expected to be announced earlier than previous years to facilitate smooth undergraduate admissions for the 2026-27 session.
