Who Can Appear for WBJEE Exam?

- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2026. There is no upper age limit, except for the Marine Engineering course (upper limit 25 years).
- Academic Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Computer Application as compulsory subjects.
- Minimum Marks: General category students need at least 45% aggregate in the three subjects (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Domicile: Domicile of West Bengal is required for admission to Government colleges and for reserved category seats.
