• Executive Level: Candidates must have cleared the CSEET exam. Graduates (with 50% marks) or Postgraduates are also eligible for direct entry to the Executive program, subject to certain ICSI exemptions.
• Professional Level: Only candidates who have successfully cleared both modules of the CS Executive program are eligible.

The CS course is divided into three distinct stages. The total duration typically ranges from 3 to 4 years, depending on the student's progress.

In addition to exams, students must complete a mandatory 21-month practical training (internship) after passing the Executive or Professional level.

The CS course is a professional certification awarded exclusively by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). However, many top universities and coaching institutes provide integrated programs or preparation:

The fee structure for the CS course is relatively affordable compared to MBA programs. The approximate registration fees are:
