The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), commonly known as the Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh, is the primary regulatory body for school education in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Headquartered in Prayagraj, it is widely recognized as the largest examining body in the world in terms of the number of students appearing for examinations annually.

Over the decades, the board has evolved significantly, shifting its headquarters from various locations to its current administrative hub in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), and setting up regional offices in Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly, and Gorakhpur to manage the massive student volume.
