MPBSE - History & Background

02

The board was established in 1965 to regulate secondary education in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Affiliated Schools & States Under MPBSE

03

MPBSE has jurisdiction solely over the state of Madhya Pradesh. It grants affiliation to thousands of government and private schools across all 52 districts of the state. These schools must follow the curriculum and textbooks prescribed by the board, often developed in collaboration with the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT).
