About BSEB
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is a statutory body under Section 3 of the Bihar School Examination Board Act - 1952 which is functioning under the Government of Bihar devised to conduct examinations at secondary and senior secondary standard in both government and private schools belonging to the State of Bihar.

BSEB - History & Background
BSEB was established in 1952 with the primary objective of regulating and supervising the system of intermediate and secondary education in Bihar. Over the decades, it has evolved into one of the largest state boards in India in terms of the number of students appearing for examinations.

BSEB Class 12 Exam - Pattern, Syllabus & Grading
The BSEB Intermediate (Class 12) exams are divided into three main streams: Science, Commerce, and Arts. Each stream has its own set of elective and compulsory subjects.
- Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Math, Language.
- Commerce: Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Language.
- Arts: History, Political Science, Geography, Psychology, Language.

BSEB Eligibility & Registration Process

- Second Division: 225 to 299 marks
- Third Division: 150 to 224 marks
